data inconsistency detected when switching between tabs

the back end is actually robust, that it only register once, but front end will register as many times as tab switches. a good way to solve it would be reload rootscope and purge any front end variable when switcing pages.

to replicate: switch back and forth between education and health a couple of times. now do a match. you'll see multiple matches happening on the right hand side.
