Can't re-match after undo #38

Go to an LGA with some unmatched data on the server. Click "undo" on a pair.

Then, try to re-match that same pair. You get an error that says "either facility exists in pair already."

also double check if https://github.com/modilabs/mopup-seed/pull/46 fixes this

i can't seem to replicate it well. it happens sometimes, but not always...

not fixed; still exists. fix = refresh, for now.
