Kill Switch fails when scenario killed within post-modKruskal Shapely portion of execution #85

From what I've seen, the Kill either fails to work or eventually kills it but leaves the process in Pending state.

Looks like Shapely is catching the Kill signal and throwing exception rather than allowing the process to die.
