It might have been safari related. Try Firefox. Will take a look today On Jan 8, 2014 10:16 AM, "Candice" notifications@github.com wrote:

I presented to the Nigerian team on Firefox, and was having the issue. Still exists, though somehow didn't seem to be there before I went to the office.
we still cannot replicate. can someone tell me how to replicate the error then we'll look into this
@myf I don't have to do anything other than select MDGs in Nigeria from the navigation. When the page loads, the map is already zoomed in and I can't zoom out to see all of Nigeria.
@caheberer we made some small changes to the codebase and deployed. can you see if your problem is fixed?
@myf it's fixed in Chrome, the problem remains for Safari
Fixed
Woohoo!

so how this is done is to remove bouding boxes. The side effect is that it doesn't have a bounding box anymore therefor the map can be dragged to whereever... is this what prefered for you guys? it seems only affecting safari at the moment and i doubt there's much use of safari in nigeria..
... i am happy to not worry about it if the bounding box is not a big issue and close this
map being dragged wherever is okay. closing.
This may work itself out when Shaky finishes the maps, but I can't view the entirety of Nigeria. Also, most are also missing legends. ![Uploading Screen Shot 2014-01-08 at 4.12.53 PM.png . . .]()
