questiontags settings add column "exists" #535

this column will show "question found" or something like that when a student is in the database and has the question filled in for that questiontag

if there are no students, then this column should show "no students yet"

[x] add frontend in settings
[x] add backend functionality -> in router students/id/questiontags field exists in output
