RFE: replace logo PNG with the SVG version #4

This way the logo (and title page) looks good at any size. As a side effect the logo is now a bit bigger, better matching the size of the header in the pdf and html.

Thanks @bauen1, I agree this looks much better. If you can add a proper sign-off as explained in the CONTRIBUTING.md file I'd be happy to merge this.
