Added the option to use user defined models for calculating skin resistance. If None, the femagtools intern default
implementation is used. User defined functions need to have the following arguments:
r0 (float) dc-resistance at 20°C
w (float) current frequency in rad (2pif)
tcu: (float) conductor temperature in deg Celsius
kth (float) temperature coefficient (Default = 0.0039, Cu)
