In the Core Vocabularies and DCAT-AP there are requests made towards more information about identifiers: https://github.com/SEMICeu/Core-Person-Vocabulary/issues/37 and https://github.com/SEMICeu/DCAT-AP/issues/223.
In both cases adms:Identifier is the answer, but underlying the discussion more standardization about the metadata of an identifier discussed.
This issue collects these change requests. To be included as part of a future improvement on ADMS.
