Corrected faulty URIs/namespaces in JSON-LD context file #101

The prefixes have been taken from the namespaces table in the DCATv2 specification.

Thank you for this work, but unfortunately I will discard this pull request because it contained a full diff, which made it hard to know what was actually the contribution. Secondly it is best that a context is a "simple" as possible, meaning that e.g. the use of prefixes is best avoided since that might have side effects when combining multiple contexts together.
