Cardinality of dct:description on dcat:Record (UML diagram not in sync with PDF specification) #170

The multiplicity of dct:title and dct:description on dcat:Record is 0..* in the property table of PDF specification. image

However, the UML diagram shows a multiplicity of 0..1 for dct:description, making the diagram out of sync with the specification. image

In addition, it would be great if [0..*] was used consistently, as both [0..*] and [0..n] is in use in the current UML visualisation, as noted by one of our stakeholders (ref: https://github.com/digst/DCAT-AP-DK/issues/31) image
