dcat:qualifiedRelation (not "prov:qualifiedRelation") as property of dcat:Catalog (?) #183

Hello,

in DCAT2, dcat:qualifiedRelation is used to link dcat:Resource (dcat:Catalog, dcat:Dateset and dcat:DataService). In the DCAT-AP specification, dcat:qualifiedRelation is only named for the Dataset but the UML also shows it for the dcat:Catalog. In both cases, it is never shown for dcat:DataService.

Is it missing for dcat:Catalog in the specification or should it be removed in the diagram?
