dct:isRefrencedBy according to the Change Log (page 35) [correct]

dct:isReferencedBy defined at dcat:Dataset (page 15) [switched]

This property provides a link to a description of a relationship with another resource

dcat:qualifiedRelation according to the Change Log (page 35) [correct]
