HVD: typo in examples (dcat:Catalogue instead of dcat:Catalog)

There is a typo in Example 13 of DCAT-AP HVD where dcat:Catalogue is used, while dcat:Catalog is the correct spelling.

Actually, this is present in all examples with Catalog
