dcat:CatalogRecord dct:source: definition too narrow #344

The definition for the property dct:source in the class dcat:CatalogRecord, "... for the Dataset", is too narrow, since a cataloged resource may be other than a Dataset, e.g. a DataService, DatasetSeries.
