Type explicitly all class instances in examples #62

A number of examples do not explicitly type all class instances. This revision is meant to fix this, with the purpose of aligning the examples with the output of the GeoDCAT-AP XSLT, and to comply with the DCAT-AP and GeoDCAT-AP SHACL shapes - see https://github.com/SEMICeu/iso-19139-to-dcat-ap/issues/22
