At this moment, the issues on implicit removals won’t be processed before the end of the year in the LDES spec. Therefore we cannot launch the spec with those in place.
I propose to at this stage to only propose a latest version subset. If the server cannot process removals, let’s define the DCAT-AP Feed as not having that functionality, and thus that an aggregator should keep things even if they have been removed at the source.
