Broken Concept URLs #17

Codelist pages eg https://semiceu.github.io/MLDCAT-AP/releases/1.0.0/codelist/collection-visibility.html include broken concept URLs.

These are formatted in a weird way:

Clicking on this causes two tabs with both URLs to be opened, and both URLs are broken:

Also, https://github.com/SEMICeu/MLDCAT-AP/tree/main/releases/1.0.0/codelist includes website axuiliary files that are copied many times between folders: this is bad form image
