Proposed resolution
Our proposition is the following:
- Include the minimum concepts and classifications that are mentioned or proposed in the regulation for the core SDG model, i.e. focusing on the repository of links only (information used for describing public service).
- Concepts and classifications for sharing information required by the SDG besides the repository of links. (extended model).
- Concepts and classifications for providing the online procedures required by SDGR should be part of OOP model.
- Other concepts and classifications for enriching the descriptions but that are not directly required by the SDGR should be part of the CPSV-AP.
The resolution of each specific example given in the description will be done in separate issues:

- required/related relations to Public Service: #30
Rationale
The solution proposed and discussed during the last webinar is to focus more on the essential concepts for the SDG. However, our understanding of the Single Digital Gateway purpose comes from the following:
- Intro paragraph 4 “offering citizens and businesses easy access to the information, the procedures, and the assistance and problem-solving services that they need in order to exercise their rights in the internal market.”
- Intro paragraph 5 “This Regulation establishes a user-friendly, interactive gateway which, based on users’ needs, should guide them to the most appropriate services.”
What we would need to clarify with you is the level to which we would need to go in order to “guide” or to “offer easy access”. In this perspective, should concepts such as events, thematic areas or ways to interlink public services be part of the SDG model?
During the webinar we voted on whether we should make a distinction between three models: CPSV-AP (full model for public service descriptions) SDG Extended (just the SDG requirements) SDG Core (just the requirements for filling the SDG link repository) As such, I would suggest leaving Business/Life Events and required/related relations out of the SDG models since they are not required by the SDGR.
