Concept type of Public Service

Description During the second webinar on the SDG services model (08/04), the issue was raised that the type according to the regulation (information, procedure, assistance service) is not required to improve the search in the YourEurope portal. Currently, there is no type defined for Public Service.

Proposition From the taxonomy of public services proposed here (Sheet 3.1, column A 'Patterns'), the following types (referred to as patterns) have already been defined:

This issue can be further broken down: • Type of procedures (under the class Service) coming from Annex II that could be included in the model • Analyse the needs for more details on the types of services/procedures as an extension of the list above. See also #38 , discussing classifications to be included within the model to improve the search and findability.
