1 year ago Thank you for your suggestions @VladimirAlexiev. Just a few comments to your points:
- The references, originally, were all sorted based on the order of their occurrence on the Style guide as a whole page. However, with the additional changes that were made to the Style Guide in order to address the community feedback, we likely didn't keep the order fully updated, and the new references were added to the end (in the order of their relative appearances, but not also relative to the already existing ones). To your point, indeed, we could sort the references, alphabetically, based on their anchor name. That would be easy to keep up-to-date also with future changes, ad wouldn't be affected if we decide to use different bibliography presentation style.
- We did try to provide links for all references, at least for the ones for which the primary way of publication is online (e.g. websites, public standards and reports, tools), but not necessarily for papers and books, which might be available through multiple websites, and which might not be freely available. We can review the references to see if we missed some important once, and add them if it is the case
- Good idea to remove the highlighting anchor from the [vocab] reference (although it was added on purpose, to highlight the point that the reference was mainly about). Perhaps the best solution would be to remove the anchor from the link, to improve readability, but keep it in the HREF, like this: https://www.w3.org/standards/semanticweb/ontology
