[BUG] Bookmark apps/engines is inconsistent #26

A clear and concise description of what the issue is.

This is an issue on demo not on local, when i bookmark an app/engine, it visually works. But when i refresh the page the bookmarked app/engine disappears

How to reproduce the issue

  1. https://workshop.cfg.deloitte.com/cfg-ai-demo/SemossWeb/packages/client/dist/#/
  2. Click on bookmark for app
  3. Refresh page
  4. See app is no longer bookmarked

Expected results

Bookmarked app to persist

Actual results

No bookmark

@johbaxter I'd recommend that this be bundled with https://github.com/SEMOSS/community/issues/29 if the feature gets approved.
