[BUG] Cannot upload CSV in database catalog #53

Unable to create a database in the database catalog

How to reproduce the issue

  1. Go to Add Database
  2. Upload file
  3. Select Create Database

Expected results

Create new database

Actual results

No change on the page

@saahithisk will look to assign this or disable this option. Please touch base with me 10/30 if this has yet to be assigned on our end.

We can use legacy to add a db with csv as well
