[TASK] Rename Sheet name #212

Under the "more" (three dots) icon button on the sheet tab, there are options to duplicate, export, and delete a sheet. Add the option to rename a sheet. When the Rename menu item is clicked, a dialog should appear allowing users to rename the sheet on submit. image

Comments have been added to PR with comments and recording. Further work needs to be done to account for the changes that need to be made to references from the old referenced query to the newly renamed query. There shouldn't be any issues with the Duplicate Action.
