Add longitude based on ascending node to metadata files #80

Currently, the longitudes (longitude, sub-solar, sub-observer) in the ring_summary file are based on the "First Point of Aries" (RA=0), which is something few people actually use. We also need columns for the longitudes based on the location of the ascending node. OPUS is currently computing these using the known difference between the two reference frames, but it would be better to have the information available in the ring_summary table.

Needed columns are: Observed Longitude WRT Ascending Node Sub-Solar Longitude WRT Ascending Node Sub-Observer Longitude WRT Ascending Node Edge-On Longitude WRT Ascending Node
