iOS Safari allows "pull to refresh" of OPUS browse tab #1016

On iOS Safari, you can "pull down to refresh" the thumbnail gallery and also the little vertical strip between the search constraints and search widgets on the search tab. It's also easy to get the browser confused because you can move up/down and make the top browser nav bar appear or disappear, but OPUS doesn't know the browser size has changed. Likewise you can get the gallery view to move up under the top OPUS nav bar and become unavailable. None of these are obvious to fix. Some resources:

I don't know what changed, but this no longer happens in iOS/Safari.
