MRS: Table from Phil showing VIMS Titan occultations. Can we generate similar information so that OPUS easily shows which raw VIMS and UVIS observations are occs?

Eventually we will want to add the Titan occultations as a composite data product in OPUS, where the downloadable products are the individual raw files. This means we need a new OPUS ID, preview image, metadata, etc. This goes with #307.
