Add links to browse product documentation to Help menu #1118

Somehow we need to link to browse product documentation from the Help menu. Perhaps we could have a main "Browse Products" menu and then submenus for each instrument that will then pull up the proper files. This would also involve reformatting the existing ugly text files into a prettier format.
