Resize of the slideshow dialog on a small screen can cause the dialog to drag below the bottom edge of the browser #1184

-Set the browser size to approx. 740 x 280. -Open a slide show modal. -Grab the top of the modal and attempt to resize larger. Doing this several times will move the modal below the bottom of browser edge.
