On further reflection I think this is a bad idea. It would make it confusing to have multiple "CLEAR" filters in the UI when we're actually searching on different "CLEAR" filters in the backend. As usual, anyone who wants to avoid specifying specific filters should use the "Wavelength Constraints" fields.
Right now HST filters and apertures start with the instrument name, like "ACS-CLEAR". Now that they are under separate categories, it would be better to remove the prefixes. This could possibly be done only in the UI without changing the search string.
