OPUS freezes on select range to add to cart #1246

Start with a fresh OPUS. Go to the Browse tab. Use the down arrow, page down key, or scrollbar to scroll down multiple pages. Use Shift+Click to select a starting observation and Shift+Click to select an ending observation. The UI will freeze with the spinner going.
