Description of changes:

Issue #1259 caused the wavelengths of VIMS occultations to change, which resulted in a change to the results_counts test that was only visible after a full database import. This pull fixes the result_counts file. To test this change:

python manage.py test api-livetest-pro api-result-counts

Known problems:
