Tooltip won't go away when adding an observation by clicking the cart icon in the browse thumbnail image #1328

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to the browse tab
  2. Add an observation by clicking the cart icon over the thumbnail image
  3. Once it's added to the cart, the icon will switch to the trash icon with "Remove from cart" tooltip showing up. Move to the next observation and repeat step 2
  4. At one point, the "Remove from cart" tooltip for some observations won't go away, will need to move the cursor to trash icons with the issue to make it disappear.
