Currently we do not fill in any ring longitude fields for the EBROCC_0001 volume because that information is not in any label files or index files. However, that information is tabulated in files such as EBROCC_0001/SORCDATA/IRTF/IRT_INGRESS_GEOMETRY.DAT. We could parse these geometry files and add the min/max longitudes to the supplement index files, thus allowing them to be put into the ring geometry table.
