From the 2016 RMS PDS proposal [G.3.3]:

[G.3.3] Moving target search is an oft-requested feature of OPUS. The concept is that the user should be able to specify the orbit of a suspected moon, and then let OPUS return the images and locations where it might be found. This can be accomplished through a rather minor revision to our database schema.

Per Mark 1/11/2022 this will be deferred due to its difficulty and the fact that no one has asked for it.
