Close the General Constraints category
Open the Image Constraints category
Select all search terms
Wait for widgets to finish loading
Delete all widgets in rapid succession
The General Constraints category will open even though there's no reason for it to do so

This is really hard to reproduce, but I think it will be fixed with #785 and #720
