Add support for supplemental index and ring/surface geo metadata files to GOSSI. Minor fixes to other code.
Note that the tests can't currently run because the Dropbox directory has the old GOSSI files in it. There's no easy way to solve this at the moment. You have to copy the normal Dropbox directory pdsdata/holdings to your local disk, then overwrite with the files from pdsdata/rf_240529_gossi/holdings. Then you can run the tests locally.
