Update URPX #159

fixes #147 Update the text and links, including the html that contains the image.

Okay, apparently I had a review half-started. I just added two comments and then submitted, which caused the old comments to appear as if I had just written them. I have just marked those comments as "vestigial," but you might take a look to verify whether those issues have been resolved.

When we deploy this pull request, we'll want to be careful about managing the assets, which are not included in the repo. It looks like the graphics are there in three places, the urpx base folder, the urpx_files subdirectory, and the urpxlogo_files subdirectory. Please let me know which of these should be deleted, and then perhaps remind me how to deploy those changes from Staging to production.
