Updated assets to opus share and viewmaster links for Galileo #183

-Removed redundant and unused files; where possible, changed asset links to opus share. Minor changes to create a gallery view for images; added yaml file for each encounter page for consistency

At https://pds-rings.seti.org/galileo/vgr1_data.html, I am seeing Markdown code instead of links at the end of the page:

I think this is a case of mismatched brackets, and I think it is in a style page rather than the page being changed in this PR. The same issue appears both in production and on staging.
