Include Phil's VIMS Titan occultations #88

MRS: Table from Phil showing VIMS Titan occultations.  Can we generate similar information so that OPUS easily shows which raw VIMS and UVIS observations are occs?

For now, Mitch will look at putting any documentation on the main website. BYBTW 3/11/2021

Eventually we will want to add the Titan occultations as a composite data product in OPUS, where the downloadable products are the individual raw files. This means we need a new OPUS ID, preview image, metadata, etc. This goes with #307.

The file I have is Composite_Titan_occs_RB-1.xlsx (attached). I assume RB are the initials of whoever put it together, and I don't know who that is. I did receive the table from Phil, but it is not just VIMS occultations. It appears to contain all of the Titan occultations, solar, stellar and radio. Solar are highlighted in yellow. I think Matt, Mia, and I should discuss formatting of the table and a description before Debbie moves forward with placing a link to a csv version of the file in the Occultations page.
