Fix PDF copies of the UVIS User's Guide to remove the "track changes"

Weirdly, all PDF copies of the UVIS User's Guide were converted from MS Word with "track changes" visible. This means that there's a pale gray band along the right, which looks silly and prevents the document from printing properly (if anybody still does that). I wonder if Atmospheres has the final version as a Word doc, in which case somebody could re-convert it PDF properly.
