added a bunch of functionality to the CCF code. Now uses pickles for resuming a broken program. Also includes a logger for automatically saving output text. And a cross referencing function that weeds out hit of nearly identical frequencies (within 2 Hz of middle, start and end frequencies). Also added an update flag in case it's a particularly long program and you want regular outputs to check on progress as it goes
