Spatial filtering is now off by default. Use the -sf flag to turn it on.
Added spatial filtering condition to include SNR_ratio (currently within factor of 2 of the target beam).
Also used the ratio of the normalization of the data slices as a proxy for SNR_ratio in the downstream analysis, adding another data column to the dataframe for potential filtering.
