Add 'lo' parameter to control block. #9

Allow for different tuning setups at ATA. Previously, only tuning 'D' was supported.

UNTESTED - I do not have 3.7 set up.

This isn't going to provide the full functionality needed, e.g., different LO for different antennas. So, it shouldn't hurt, but it it doesn't solve the whole problem.
