The snippet category and method name should be unique #2

Currently there are some classes which have different name, but belong to the same category and their snippets have the same names, thus abbreviating these names will cause a conflict. Classes: B4_SafeArrays-B4_UnsafeArrays, B5a_CallPrivate-B5a_CallPublic, B5b_LimitedRecursive-B5b_UnlimitedRecursive.
