This is a workstream that can run in parallel to the OnSSET technical improvements and shall include:
-- Using HDBSCAN code and OBI data to re-generate population clusters
-- Experimentation with parameterization to better reflect regional (or sub-regional) specificities & validation of output (e.g., population/household sums to match national/sub-national stats)
-- Setting up a cloud-based pipeline to facilitate scale-up at national level (processing of millions of buildings)
-- Exploring demand-based clustering (using OBI demand/classification) or post-OnSSET clustering for more "refined" project-ready clusters (looking at mini-grids)
-- Explore other links with OBI (e.g., leveraging and/or improving ML techniques)
