vitro and geopolitical imports removed from the core vivo file. See the "New 
ISF Modules" document for what is left in the ISF after removing the imports. 
Few entities are still in the vivo core because they were declared to be 
subentities of vivo entities.

An initial contact.owl file is created and it contains all relevant entities 
and axioms to be curated.

Testing email to ontology group for this issues tracker. Adding a 
"MailOntologyCtsa" label to an issue will cause email notifications to be set 
for issue updates.
