This module will contain time related entities for the ISF. The goal is to try 
to keep it as an ISF independent model of time that can be reused in other 
ontologies. The current file at module/time/time.owl imports the W3C time 
ontology described at:

http://www.w3.org/TR/owl-time/  (OWL file from http://www.w3.org/2006/time)

We will reuse the existing ISF entities as much as possible but plan an longer 
term better representation of time. What types of entities do we need for the 
ISF regardless of whether or not they are already in the ISF?

Added all the date/time related entities seen from arg.owl. The entity 
declarations in the owl files were copied (annotations and axioms) into this 
file. No changes have been made to ranges or domain. This file can now be 
reviewed and developed into the "time" module. TODO.
