Add a permission to get update notifications #11

I don't want all players getting the update notification.

Only players with "backup.admin" permission are getting the update notification.

Is there one just for the update notification?

So, you don't want that someone with permission to use the plugin to get the update notification? If I understand correctly, there is no "extra" permission for this at the moment, but I'll put that on the to-do list for the next update.

Yeah, I prefer to have the update notification show to only admin with file access also.

Added new permission "backup.update" to receive update notifications (v2.8.1).
