Add S3 (Simple Storage Service) to the upload option

The idea comes from https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/s3backup.70460/

I want to get the backup file from the url right away when the backup is done

Like: /s3backup sign [backup] - Generates a temporary URL to download a backup locally.
