Close open branches to reduce confusion and cruft with the exception of the Branch Started at October Sprint by David #62

We discovered in the EMEA June sprint that not all changes made in the AMER sprint were merged, and the EMEA Epic was missing some functionality; specifically, it was using the older version of the 'Manage Memberships' permission that was missing access to some fields, the Membership app, etc

I've been closing issues with PRs that were already merged trying to clean up stale branches, but it's unclear to me if was resolved or not.

I found mergeable changes in https://github.com/SFDO-Community-Sprints/MembershipSchemaAndBenefits/compare/master...metecho/june-2021-emea-sprint and https://github.com/SFDO-Community-Sprints/MembershipSchemaAndBenefits/compare/master...metecho/nov-2021-apac-sprint__opportunity-and-product-fields, but it's unclear if these weren't merged because the work wasn't complete or they weren't merged simply because no one completed the testing through Metecho.
